Q. What's the difference between live cams, and streaming cams?

A. Live cams: When a girl is live, you will be able to see her images update in the members section on the portal, or on her gallery. The page will refresh with new images as they are captured. You will see the time each image was taken, and girls are ordered by latest updates, to easily find the live girls.

Streaming cams: This is where cams are fully streaming at a certain bit rate. Unlike live cams, you would be able to see the girl as a "video stream" at certain frames per minute. Some cams stream faster than others. Cambang.com offers streaming cams through our affiliate sites only. The girls on our portal are live only cams.

Q. How come I can't see the live girls?

A. This definitely means you do not have the latest version of java. Download it and install it, then it will work. Another thing to keep in mind is after installing, you should restart your PC. Also, you may want to try clearing cookies, to do so on your internet explorer browser, go to the top menu and choose "TOOLS", from that menu, choose "INTERNET OPTION", you will get a widow with options, select "DELETE COOKIES".

Most PC's come with 2 browser2, if you are getting an error with internet explorer, try using Netscape Navigator which will work for MAC users also.

Q. Where can I view who's live now? 

A. On the top menu, the link named (Streaming 1 on 1) will lead you to our scheduled live girls.

A. Our software grabs each cam image from every girl, in the event that multiple girls are live at the same time, our software try's to grab as many images as possible, and when trying to grab 15 to 20 images from several cam girls at the same time, it results in a broken image here and there. (This problem has been fixed and should not occur again)

Q. How come when I click on the live girl links, they open in a new window and I see a different site?

A. Cambang.com is a part of a network of cam sites, in order for us to maintain bandwidth costs, we have several programs tied to one. Having multiple servers helps keep the cost of bandwidth down.

Q. If I choose to go one on one do I have to purchase time?

A. The girls offer live shows free, where you can watch her and join in on the chat. The girls make no money with free chats so it is up to them if they want to get nude, or accept requests. To take advantage of 1 one 1 chat, the girl may request that you do so in order to make requests, in which case you will be required to purchase time at a discounted price since you're a member. This money goes to the girls so you will get a very personal and intimate chat.

Q. If I am not satisfied with the content, will you offer a refund?

A. Because of the nature of this business, we do not offer refunds. Unfortunately this is not a product you can return to the store. Once you get access, we incur bandwidth fees, transaction processing fees, and more. Whether you access for 1 minute, or 30 days, it's the same. We count on recurring memberships for some profit, your initial membership is not profitable to us because of all the fee's and costs involved. If you cancel before your 1st month is over, we break even. 

As stated on the join page, we do not hide anything from you, we have a sample of pretty much everything for all to see in public. We do however understand your concern, and as any business, it is impossible to satisfy every customer, but from experience, members that have not felt satisfied, have become happy with the site once they visit several times and see how many times out site is updated, and many remain members for several months.

b.) Look for Internet Explorer.

How do I use IE with AOL?
a.) Sign on to AOL as you normally would.
b.) Instead of typing in Web addresses in AOL, do the following:
1.) Go to the Start button, and then Programs.
2.) Look for and select Internet Explorer.
3.) Go to our Web site using the "Address" box at the top, underneath the "Back" and "Forward" buttons.
